Front Office Executive




  • Ensuring smooth functioning of the reception
  • Giving prompt attention to telephone calls.
  • Delivery of test reports to patients
  • Providing initial lab information to patient e.g tests, cost, preparation required, report delivery time etc
  • Guiding patients to the sample collection area and provide information on patient preparation, where required
  • Giving regular inputs to the lab director based on information/ complaints/ suggestions received from the customers and suggest scope of improvement.
  • Be in touch with reporting / testing department for timely delivery of reports to patients
  • Ensuring proper upkeep and housekeeping of the reception and waiting area
